Butter, we’re Board! Introducing the New and Improved Butter Board Using Tre Stelle Cream Cheese

Step aside butter board, Tre Stelle just launched a brand new line of cream cheese giving the viral butter board a run for its money!

Butter boards have been all the recent craze, but ever since Tre Stelle launched its new cream cheese, we’re suddenly board of butter! This ultra creamy and clean cream cheese is made with only four ingredients; milk, cream, salt and culture, making it the better-for-you choice and perfect for all of your cooking needs.

Renowned food blogger @foodbymaria revitalized the butter board with her ‘Harvest Cream Cheese Board’, along with other foodies across Canada who tasted the difference creating their own signature recipes.

Ingredients:

● 200 g plain cream cheese, softened
● 1 apple, chopped
● 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
● 1/2 cup chopped pecans
● 2 tbsp capers
● 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
● salt and pepper
● 2 tbsp maple syrup
● olive oil for drizzling
● zest from one orange
● fresh bread, torn in pieces

Directions:

1. On a clean serving platter or cutting board, spread the softened cream cheese, making little
swirls as you spread.
2. Start by layering the chopped apple (use half to a full apple depending on how much apple
you prefer), followed by the red onion and pecans, sort of filling in the space as you go. Then
sprinkle on the capers, chili flakes, a pinch of salt and pepper. Finally finish with the maple
syrup, a drizzle of olive oil and zest the orange over the board.
3. Serve with fresh bread, torn into pieces for a rustic look.

Ingredients:

● 2 chicken breasts, cut in half
● Salt & pepper
● 2 tbsp butter
● 3 cloves of garlic, minced
● 1 cup chicken broth
● 1 & ½ pkg Tre Stelle cream cheese
● 2 cups shredded Parmesan
● 1 cup cream 35%
● 2 tsp basil pesto (optional)
● Handful of parsley
● Pasta of your liking

Directions:

1. Reheat a non-stick skillet on medium high heat and add 1 tbsp of butter.Cook the chicken
breasts on the skillet from both sides, approximately 5-7 minutes on each side. Remove the
chicken from the skillet and set aside.
2. Add minced garlic, cook for 1 minute and add chicken broth, Tre Stelle cream cheese, whisk
and cook until it dissolves. Add Parmesan, cream and basil pesto, whisk until smooth
consistency.
3. Cook and add your favorite pasta along with cooked chicken breasts cut in strips, in the
creamy Alfredo sauce. Mix it all together and serve. Garnish with extra Parmesan and

Ingredients:

● Tre Stelle Organic Cream Cheese
● 3-5 slices of prosciutto
● Fresh arugula
● Honey, drizzled over
● Crushed toasted pecans
● Maldon salt and cracked black pepper, to taste

Directions:

1. First spread your Tre Stelle Cream Cheese of choice on a toasted bagel, next add prosciutto
slices overtop your bagel halves
2. Add fresh arugula, then drizzle over honey generously
3. Top with crushed roasted pecans and season with Maldon sea salt and crushed black pepper
to taste. Enjoy!
